Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, light repairs, and complete repair orders efficiently to dealership and factory standards while communicating with parts and service staff.

Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles including washing, drying, vacuuming, window cleaning, trash removal, and shop area cleaning. Inspect finished vehicles for quality, follow safety procedures, and maintain a fast-paced productive work environment.

Greet and assist customers, handle front desk and cashier duties, route phone calls, support service check-in and new vehicle delivery including basic tech setup (FordPass, Bluetooth), learn dealership systems, and perform administrative tasks while rotating through departments for training and growth.
