Serve as the first customer contact at the dealership, build relationships, confirm appointments, prepare and demonstrate vehicles, explain features, organize paperwork, deliver sold vehicles, transport vehicles for services, and resolve customer issues. Automotive sales experience is not required, with training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Sell and promote automotive accessories, understand customer needs, negotiate pricing, meet sales targets, and maintain customer relationships. Coordinate with dealership sales, Parts, and Service teams to support accessory installation and satisfaction. Maintain showroom displays and inventory, track sales and customer interactions in the CRM system, and stay current on automotive accessory trends. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Answer dealership phones, greet and direct customers, notify staff of arrivals, introduce customers to salespeople, coordinate with the service team, communicate professionally, and prepare routine documents. The role includes daytime weekday shifts and some Saturdays.
