Design and coordinate complex electrical systems for hyperscale and AI data centers, collaborating with project teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by sourcing candidates, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating interviews and offers, drafting candidate communications, evaluating sourcing channels, and maintaining daily progress reports. The role also assists with HR duties, protects confidential information, and supports talent pipelines for engineering, construction, design, and VDC positions across international data center projects.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, design, construction, BIM/VDC, IT, and corporate roles across North America and multiple countries. Responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, building talent pipelines, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, negotiating offers, maintaining ATS records, tracking recruitment metrics, providing hiring updates, and supporting employer branding. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers and international teams while managing multiple concurrent hiring initiatives remotely.
