Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care for older adults in a long-term/subacute setting: assist with ADLs, administer medications, monitor and document resident health, communicate condition changes, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, and maintain a safe environment.

Designs and leads senior-focused wellness programs, exercise classes, and one-on-one training. Coordinates with healthcare staff, tracks participation and progress, organizes events, and adapts programming to residents' physical, mental, and social needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provide hands-on nursing care to senior residents: administer medications under RN/physician supervision, monitor vitals and condition, assist with activities of daily living, document care, collaborate on individualized care plans, offer emotional support and education to residents and families, maintain regulatory compliance, and participate in ongoing training.

Provide hands-on care to assisted living residents: assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting), mobility and transfers, medication reminders, meal assistance, monitoring and reporting condition changes, documenting care, engaging residents in activities, following safety/infection-control procedures, and collaborating with nursing staff to support dignity and quality of life.

Administer employee benefits and core HR operations, including enrollments, payroll-related deductions, HRIS data maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, vendor coordination, and compliance support. Provide timely employee support, maintain confidential records, and assist with audits and HR metrics to ensure regulatory alignment.

Oversee afternoon nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility: supervise nurses and CNAs, provide direct care and medications, develop care plans with interdisciplinary teams, maintain regulatory documentation, communicate with families, and respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
