Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary contact and overseeing implementation and delivery of preventive healthcare and wellbeing programs. Develop account plans, coordinate internal stakeholders, establish reporting, analyze insights, drive engagement, and support client satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical, consultative, and relationship-management skills, along with willingness to travel up to 20%.

Leads a portfolio of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, implementation, delivery, retention, renewals, and account growth. Manages and develops Client Success Managers, partners cross-functionally to optimize preventive health programs, analyzes client performance data, and delivers actionable insights. The role proactively manages risks, resolves issues, supports expansion opportunities, and ensures strong client outcomes and satisfaction.

Coordinates and leads corporate wellbeing programs, including health education, wellness content, employee communications, health fairs, screenings, events, and engagement campaigns. Partners with benefits teams, vendors, executives, and local wellbeing leaders to implement strategies, increase preventive healthcare participation, and demonstrate program value through analytics. Requires strong project management, communication, event planning, health promotion, and employee engagement skills. This hybrid role includes travel up to 30%.
