Implement RESTful APIs, integrate external services and databases, optimize schemas and SQL, perform migrations and testing, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve system reliability, performance, and security.

Provide 2nd-line technical support for enterprise applications: troubleshoot and resolve software issues, maintain configurations, assist deployments and integrations, collaborate with developers/vendors on patches, and keep logs and documentation up to date.
