Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure. Install and configure network hardware/software, monitor and troubleshoot performance, conduct assessments, and implement security measures (firewalls, VPNs) to ensure compliance and minimize downtime.

Maintain and secure Linux and Windows servers and workstations, manage user accounts and permissions, monitor performance and logs, troubleshoot incidents, apply patching and hardening, support networking and backups, document configurations, and collaborate with development/IT teams to improve automation and reliability.

Lead IT operations across three companies, overseeing network administration, system maintenance, security, projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and an IT team to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT services.
