Manages daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll support. Handles employee inquiries and grievances, supports performance management, training, engagement, compliance, reporting, and HR initiatives. Requires knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian Labor Law, strong communication and organization skills, very good English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Support students with diverse learning needs by implementing individualized strategies, assisting with IEPs, adapting lessons and resources, monitoring progress, encouraging social and communication development, and collaborating with teachers and families in an inclusive classroom environment.

Lead and manage the Primary phase, driving high academic standards, curriculum implementation, teacher development, safeguarding, resource management, and community engagement to improve student outcomes.
