Lead all school HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy compliance, training, recordkeeping, and collaboration with leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace.

Serve as the schools first point of contact by greeting visitors, managing calls and correspondence, scheduling, maintaining a welcoming reception area, supporting administrative tasks and data entry, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, support individual or small-group learning, help manage classroom behaviour, supervise pupils during activities, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
