Supports students with diverse learning needs by implementing individualized strategies, assisting with IEPs, adapting lessons and resources, monitoring progress, and encouraging social and communication development. Collaborates with teachers, students, and parents to promote an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment. Requires empathy, patience, strong communication and organization, knowledge of learning disabilities, and a relevant education qualification.

Leads the school’s ICT department, develops and updates the ICT curriculum, mentors teaching staff, evaluates instructional quality and student assessments, and coordinates professional development and training programs.

Manages multidisciplinary design development from concept through construction and as-built stages. Coordinates consultants, contractors, supervision teams, BIM processes, design submissions, changes, approvals, quality, compliance, and interdisciplinary interfaces. Monitors design schedules, identifies risks and delays, supports value engineering and commercial assessments, and ensures complete design closeout documentation.
