Leads the HR function, developing policies and strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversees payroll, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, labor-law compliance, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Manages and mentors the HR team while improving processes, systems, and operational efficiency.

Provide administrative support at GEMS International School Cairo, requiring school-based administration experience, strong English proficiency, and preferably experience supporting IB examinations. The role also requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, commitment to career development, and successful police checks and employment references as part of safeguarding requirements.

Welcomes and assists students, parents, visitors, and staff while managing the school reception area. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, registering visitors, coordinating appointments and deliveries, maintaining records, providing school information, following safeguarding procedures, and supporting administrative operations. The role requires strong English and Arabic communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills.
