Provides first-line global IT support for incidents, service requests, Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, VDI, identity administration, MFA, and endpoint management. Troubleshoots technical issues, monitors service queues and SLAs, collaborates with infrastructure and security teams, maintains documentation, and participates in rotational shifts, weekend support, major incidents, and continuous improvement.

Supports and maintains enterprise Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, VDI, messaging, endpoint management, security, monitoring, and backup platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, patching, compliance, incident response, disaster recovery, documentation, and operational support. The engineer also develops PowerShell automation using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Azure Automation while contributing to cloud modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports executive search assignments through company and industry research, market mapping, candidate identification, target-list development, analysis, and preparation of internal and client materials. Interns collaborate with researchers and consultants, participate in training and mentorship, observe selected client interactions, manage multiple priorities, and complete a reusable capstone project. The program is a 10-week paid internship for current college juniors entering their senior year.
