Performs period-end close, complex journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, monthly reporting, worldwide consolidation, audit preparation, and technical accounting research. The role improves financial processes and systems, establishes accounting policies and controls, supports audits and management projects, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires on-site work in Mountain View at least three days per week.

Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and executives on financial planning and performance. Owns SaaS metric reporting, ARR and bookings forecasting, annual operating plans, expense and headcount planning, dashboards, and executive analysis. Improves forecasting methodologies, reporting accuracy, automation, and planning processes while supporting profitable growth.

Own Salesforce Billing end to end, including invoice generation, payment processing, revenue schedules, billing rules, reconciliation with NetSuite, and close support. Administer Salesforce CPQ and support the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and cancellations. Manage Salesforce users, permissions, flows, reporting, testing, audits, releases, integrations, and change management while partnering with Finance and Sales Operations.
