Lead technical and strategic delivery of façade and sustainability projects, providing technical authority on complex and high-risk works, overseeing design, documentation, project delivery, financial management, client relationships, business development, and staff mentoring to ensure compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes across new build and remedial sectors.

Lead operations and maintenance of road tunnels, develop maintenance strategies, oversee systems (ventilation, lighting, fire, traffic), conduct inspections and risk assessments, manage budgets and teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on performance and safety metrics.

Lead MEP design and engineering management across project phases, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, risks, schedules, budgets and quality, perform design reviews, and deliver executive reporting for large-scale building projects.
