The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions will lead the M&A process, including sourcing targets, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

Coordinate shipping and receiving of products, maintain documentation, communicate with suppliers, and utilize software for tracking shipments in logistics.
