Leads first-line business risk management for private banking and asset management activities. Designs and enhances risk and control frameworks, assesses operational risks, performs market surveillance controls, analyzes incidents and risk indicators, coordinates RCSAs, and tracks remediation. The role prepares management reporting, collaborates with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit, advises senior stakeholders, and supports strategic initiatives that strengthen the control environment and risk culture.

Performs client onboarding and ongoing KYC/CDD reviews for private banking accounts in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include background checks, source of wealth verification, sanctions and name screening, client risk profiling, periodic reviews, and preparing compliant onboarding documentation. The role partners with Front Office and Compliance to resolve queries and ensure adherence to AML/CFT, tax, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.

Manages end-to-end marketing and communications delivery for the Greater China region, including client events, sponsorships, brand collateral, digital and social content, media relations, internal communications, budgets, vendors, and agency partners. The role requires bilingual editorial judgment in English and Chinese, knowledge of Greater China markets, luxury client hospitality standards, and the ability to deliver multiple workstreams independently under tight deadlines while ensuring regulatory compliance.
