Own AI-powered integrations and multi-year roadmaps for strategic enterprise CRM customers. Build secure integrations, workflows, and agentic AI automations; advise customer technical teams; manage APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures; deliver maintainable production code; and translate customer needs into product improvements. The role requires strong software engineering experience, enterprise integration expertise, customer partnership skills, and professional fluency in French and English.

Drive new SaaS business across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg by generating pipeline, qualifying leads, delivering tailored CRM demonstrations, engaging C-level stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Collaborate with Presales, Security, Customer Success, and Projects. The role requires fluent Dutch and English and attendance at the Brussels office three days per week.

Own statutory accounting and month-end closing for legal entities across multiple European countries. Prepare financial statements, VAT returns, tax filings, annual accounts, and audit support. Serve as the technical accounting reference, coordinate external accounting offices, review colleagues’ entries, maintain accounting procedures and group reporting standards, and gradually assume team coordination responsibilities.
