Own enterprise customer engagements end-to-end for a complex insurance-focused platform: run tailored demos to win deals, embed post-sale to configure and customize deployments, write engineering briefs and prototypes, define hard product requirements (auth, RBAC, data governance), and design interfaces for expert users while managing multiple concurrent customers and stakeholders.
