Own photonics product industrialization, NPI, manufacturing readiness, and production scale-up. Lead yield improvement, process optimization, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement across optical alignment, die attach, wire bonding, packaging, testing, and burn-in. Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners in Thailand to improve quality, reliability, throughput, cost, and scalability. Establish process controls, documentation, validation protocols, and manufacturing analytics while supporting equipment qualification, automation, and customer-return investigations.

Lead reliability and validation testing for photonic integrated circuits, optical subassemblies, and integrated tuneable lasers. Develop product reliability strategies aligned with Telcordia and other industry standards, execute automated electro-optical tests, analyze results, report findings, and support root-cause investigations. The role also involves developing C++ and Python test scripts, creating new testing capabilities, coordinating with design, foundry, product development teams and suppliers, and improving product reliability based on test data.
