We do provide medical, vision and dental benefits and have a generous PTO policy. Our compensation program includes a base salary and commission structure. In starting the sales team of eFamilyCare, you will participate in a highly leveraged compensation plan which provides you, with performance, the opportunity to earn above market compensation levels throughout your career while at eFamilyCare. Rooted in our longstanding successful philosophy, your base salary will be agreed to at a fair and reasonable level. Total compensation for this role, at target, will be at the midrange of similar positions based on national data.
