The role involves collaboration with a software engineering team, troubleshooting, testing, and development for mission-critical public safety communications systems.

Provides technical support for P25 and analog land mobile radio systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, configuration, RF, network, repeater, antenna, and dispatch equipment issues; assists customers by phone, email, and on-site; documents cases and resolutions; tests and deploys software releases; coordinates repairs and warranty replacements; interprets schematics; performs remote upgrades and system diagnostics; and manages multiple customer cases and projects.

Develop embedded C++ radio features, support and test applications using Visual C++ and Qt, and front-end and back-end web applications. Interns collaborate with experienced engineers and follow established software design processes while gaining exposure to application software, DSP, and hardware driver development.

Leads indirect channel sales across manufacturer representatives, dealers, and reseller partners in the central states. Owns channel strategy, revenue forecasting, partner contracts, pipeline development, territory planning, performance management, and sales execution for mission-critical P25 communications solutions. Collaborates with sales, engineering, product, marketing, legal, and operations teams; conducts partner training, demonstrations, trade shows, and customer visits; and provides market insights. Requires up to 75% overnight travel.

Leads infrastructure and systems R&D for mission-critical wireless communications products. Oversees software development, testing, architecture, field support, release planning, budgets, product roadmaps, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. Drives evolution toward software-defined networking, resolves complex scalability and performance issues, develops technical talent, and delivers high-quality systems on schedule. The role is on-site in Irving, Texas, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.

Directs company-wide human resources functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, affirmative action, training, performance management, organizational development, HRIS administration, occupational safety, and compliance. Leads HR policies, succession planning, investigations, employee communications, community relations, and vendor partnerships across the organization. This hybrid role requires residence in the DFW metroplex and up to 25% travel.

Develop and maintain Windows and web applications for radio products, implement communications protocols, create requirements and protocol documentation, troubleshoot field and design issues, correct defects, and collaborate with engineering teams. The role supports subscriber and encryption products and follows product lifecycle processes. Travel may comprise up to 20% of the position.
