Oversee online and partnership programs by coordinating students, faculty, corporate partners, course assistants, and technical facilitators. Provide student advising, monitor academic progress and satisfaction, support course preparation and delivery, manage program communications, facilitate online events, administer course systems, produce reports, and resolve issues. The role requires occasional evening and weekend work and regular on-campus presence.

Coordinates academic operations for Boston and online postgraduate programs, including course logistics, faculty support, registration, student records, scheduling, advising, communications, events, and experiential learning. Monitors student progress and attendance, resolves enrollment issues across departments, supports faculty and students, and maintains accurate academic systems and documentation. The role requires frequent on-campus presence, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Drive end-to-end sales and business development, including prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition, pipeline management, presentations, negotiation, deal closure, and relationship management. Identify new opportunities through research, partnerships, networking, and outreach; execute sales initiatives; monitor performance; and collaborate with marketing and operations to achieve growth targets.
