Provides hands-on manual, exploratory, regression, and risk-based QA for Salesforce and web tickets. Extends existing AIO automation and evaluates additional tools to improve coverage and maintainability. The role collaborates with the QA lead, engineering, and Business Systems teams to prioritize commercially significant risks, strengthen QA processes, support release decisions, and report quality metrics. This is a 4–6 month fixed-term hybrid contract.

Own the year-round homestay operation, recruiting and supporting hosts, planning accommodation capacity, screening homes, and placing international students safely. Manage safeguarding, student and host concerns, emergency moves, complaints, records, budgets, and quality improvements. Build local community relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and lead the busy summer operation while ensuring a welcoming, reliable student experience.

Leads global academic quality, teacher learning and development, quality assurance, performance improvement, digital learning solutions, and academic transformation. Uses operational and learner data to improve teaching standards and teacher lifecycle processes. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Technology, and Recruitment while leading the academic team and establishing scalable systems, accountability, and continuous improvement.
