Design, build, and operate secure, reliable full-stack features for an AI-powered financial platform serving local governments. Responsibilities include architecture, security, SOC 2 compliance, monitoring, observability, incident response, continuous delivery, product collaboration, technical planning, mentoring, pairing, and code review. The role requires strong TypeScript, Node.js, React, AI-enabled product, and distributed-systems experience.

Lead full-stack engineering across Edwin’s financial platform, architecting AI-enabled distributed systems and delivering secure, scalable, reliable software. Partner with product and stakeholders on technical strategy, enforce architecture and SOC 2 practices, drive continuous delivery, observability, incident management, and operational excellence, and mentor engineering teams. The role reports to the CTO and requires hands-on execution in a startup environment.
