Leads strategic and operational management of educational programs across assigned locations. Oversees partner relationships, budgets, staffing, payroll, safety, program quality, compliance, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement. Supervises and mentors Program Managers and site staff, supports recruiting and training, ensures contractual commitments are met, and represents the organization in community settings. The role also performs direct Program Manager duties at an assigned location and helps deliver culturally relevant, developmentally appropriate youth programming.

Supports educational programs across multiple locations by substituting for instructors and program managers, assisting with daily operations, coaching and mentoring staff, communicating with parents, and addressing student, staff, and family needs. The role requires flexibility, reliable transportation, frequent travel between sites, and the ability to work effectively with children in STEAM and SEL-focused programs.

Coordinates and leads after-school programming at partner school sites, including staff supervision, hiring, coaching, training, student behavior support, family communication, budgeting, payroll oversight, inventory, safety, and daily STEAM and SEL activities. The role maintains partner relationships, ensures program standards, and supports positive experiences for children, families, and staff.
