Provides onsite IT support to schools, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, upgrading, repairing, monitoring, and testing technology; resolving technical problems; supporting end users; and communicating with school staff. The role requires independent ownership of issues, collaboration on complex problems, prioritization of multiple tasks, and strong customer service.

The Onsite Engineer provides technical support, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT systems in schools. They will collaborate with teams, communicate with clients, and assist in configuring new technology.
