Act as primary client contact for schools to drive revenue growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities, managing sales pipeline, delivering tailored edtech solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction and project delivery.

Provide onsite IT support for schools: troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues; install, configure and upgrade equipment; maintain and monitor systems; take ownership of incidents to resolution; collaborate with colleagues; deploy and test new technology; and deliver friendly end-user support while building strong customer relationships.

The Onsite Engineer provides technical support, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT systems in schools. They will collaborate with teams, communicate with clients, and assist in configuring new technology.
