Coordinates the school’s exceptional student education program, supervises special education teachers, reviews eligibility data, facilitates IEPs and related education plans, supports inclusive instruction, advises staff and parents, ensures regulatory compliance, and liaises with district special education departments. The role also analyzes program data, recommends improvements, and travels to assigned school sites as needed.

Provides classroom instruction and student supervision for middle and high school classes when regular teachers are absent. Follows prepared lesson plans, maintains classroom routines and student behavior, documents daily activities, coordinates with school leadership, protects confidential information, and follows school policies and procedures. Requires strong communication, organization, time management, basic computer skills, and a commitment to student success.

Manages school enrollment and marketing activities to attract, convert, register, and retain students. Develops marketing plans, digital and social media content, community partnerships, outreach events, email and text campaigns, and family communications. Uses CRM, SIS, and enrollment reports to manage applications, documentation, registration, and student records. Coordinates tours, open houses, lotteries, and enrollment milestones while supporting retention, advocacy, reporting, and staff training.
