Lead cross-functional teams to develop compliant, competitive proposals for K-12 software RFPs. Analyze solicitations, prepare compliance matrices, author and edit proposal content, maintain boilerplate and requirements response databases, format and produce final physical/electronic submissions, and implement continuous improvement programs to increase proposal quality and win rates.

Sell student and instructional management software to K-12 education organizations within an assigned territory. Generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, conduct customized presentations, manage pipeline reporting in Salesforce, support RFPs, negotiate with clients, build stakeholder relationships, and attend industry events. The role requires outside technology sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, travel including overnight trips, and a bachelor's degree.

Coordinate AI-assisted testing and documentation workflows to validate product releases and maintain accurate user-facing content. Review automated outputs, prioritize test coverage, align with product and support teams, track release readiness, and improve AI-assisted processes to ensure quality and documentation completeness before release.
