Provides functional application support for Edupoint’s Synergy MTSS product throughout implementation and post-implementation. Responsibilities include configuring customer modules, scheduling and tracking implementation events, leading virtual meetings and training, answering customer questions, documenting interactions, creating customer materials, and supporting professional development. The role also performs functional and regression testing, tracks defects, coordinates issue resolution, and contributes to product quality and release documentation.
