Maintains and optimizes product content across retailer, marketplace, and digital commerce channels. Responsibilities include creating titles, descriptions, bullets, keywords, and imagery guidance; managing PIM and retailer portal workflows; supporting product onboarding and launches; monitoring listing accuracy; troubleshooting setup issues; documenting processes; and tracking digital shelf KPIs. The role focuses on SEO, AEO, GEO, retailer search, product discoverability, content accuracy, customer engagement, and conversion.

Analyzes business processes and systems, develops SQL-based reporting and Power BI dashboards, supports ERP and data warehouse initiatives, and builds applications, integrations, and automation using C#, Python, and related technologies. The role partners with business leaders to improve workflows, ensure data quality, support implementations, and deliver data-driven solutions and executive insights.

Processes high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice matching, payment reconciliation, customer deductions, credits, and account research. Maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end close and internal controls, resolves vendor and customer inquiries, performs credit checks, and contributes to accounting process improvements.
