Plan and manage daily summer camp operations, schedules, activities, budgets, campus relations, student safety, parent communications, and staff performance. The Site Director ensures organizational policies and curriculum are implemented, supports instructors, manages facilities and materials, coordinates with headquarters, and leads camp programming in a high-energy residential environment.

Assist the Camp Director in creating a positive residential camp environment for students in grades 4–12. Responsibilities include planning recreational activities, supervising campers, enforcing safety and residential rules, handling administrative tasks, responding to parents, supporting instructors, mentoring students, and helping lead field trips and excursions. Room, board, and meals are provided.

Supervises campers outside class, enforces nighttime routines, plans recreational activities, assists with administrative tasks, responds to parents, supports instructors, leads field trips, mentors students, and helps ensure camper health and safety.
