Supports afterschool programming by supervising children, leading safe and engaging educational and enrichment activities, promoting positive behavior, maintaining attendance and participation records, and collaborating with families, school personnel, and community partners. Provides pottery, claywork, and ceramics instruction while maintaining organized activity spaces and following safety and confidentiality requirements.

Lead ELF's HR and compliance function for a 250–300 person workforce: oversee recruitment, HRIS administration, policy development, compliance audits, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, training, performance management, and strategic workforce planning; report to executive leadership and Board.

Manage daily operations of a regional network hub serving immigrant families; lead stakeholder coordination with ILRC and CDSS, supervise staff, ensure grant compliance, organize partner convenings, oversee service delivery strategies, rapid response coordination, outreach, data management, and partnership development to expand legal and community resources.

Provide full-scope affirmative and removal defense immigration representation, conduct intakes and consultations, prepare and litigate applications and appeals, supervise non-accredited staff, conduct outreach and trainings, maintain case records, and travel domestically for hearings and outreach events.
