Own end-to-end people operations across the US and UK, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, employee data, and lifecycle processes. Build scalable systems, automate repetitive workflows, administer Rippling, coordinate with external providers, and serve as the primary resource for employee questions. The role requires hands-on execution, strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and clear communication in a rapidly growing AI startup.

Build high-quality user-facing experiences using TypeScript and React, influence frontend architecture and product design, own features end-to-end, collaborate with designers and AI experts, build libraries/SDKs/component systems, and debug backend issues when needed.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, demos, pilot scoping, negotiation, and close. Target CTO/CIO buyers, design paid pilots with the technical team, provide product feedback, and help build repeatable sales processes and messaging.
