Sell Edmunds' dealer program to automotive dealer groups in the Buffalo/Rochester territory. Build and grow relationships via prospecting, cold calls, and in-person visits; audit and train on online marketing best practices; drive daily and spend most time in the field; manage contracts, accounts receivable, and customer issues; analyze and report dealership progress; provide product feedback to internal teams.

Develop and manage relationships with automotive dealer groups across the Cleveland territory. Prospect through cold calls and in-person meetings, advise dealers on Edmunds tools and online marketing practices, provide training and reporting, resolve customer issues, monitor contracts and receivables, and share product feedback. The role is field-based, requires daily driving, and involves travel up to 25%.

Administer and enhance Edmunds’ Databricks data platform and AWS infrastructure. Build and maintain ETL pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tooling using Terraform or CDK, and operational dashboards, alerts, and reports. Collaborate with business, engineering, analytics, security, and infrastructure teams to support data platform users and AI solutions. Evaluate new technologies, troubleshoot platform issues, and improve operational, cost, and security visibility.
