Entry-level Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting potential government software clients, conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery calls, meeting sales and demo KPIs, maintaining Salesforce and Salesloft records, conducting competitive research, supporting marketing outreach, and potentially attending virtual demonstrations and trade shows.

Own customer onboarding, go-live handoffs, adoption, account health, business reviews, risk mitigation, renewals, retention, NPS feedback, and expansion opportunities for municipal ERP customers. Maintain stakeholder relationships, track account health in Vitally, create Salesforce opportunities, coordinate escalations, promote learning resources, and support customer education events.

Lead and manage multiple ERP software implementation projects from planning through go-live. Serve as primary client contact, run kickoffs and touchpoints, maintain project plans and communications, allocate resources across teams, deliver stakeholder updates, document lessons learned, and support delivery and revenue objectives.
