Produce marketing assets, motion graphics, and templates while partnering with Product, Development, and Marketing. Drive documentation, workflows, and AI-enhanced design practices to maintain a unified brand.

Lead marketing operations and analytics, owning MarTech stack, lead lifecycle, attribution, reporting, and forecasting. Build and manage a high-performing team, align with Revenue Ops/Sales/Finance, run experimentation, govern data/UTM/taxonomy, and translate analytics into executive insights to drive measurable revenue impact.

Senior individual contributor who converts education research into actionable influence: shapes dissemination strategies, builds partnerships, defines impact metrics, represents research publicly, and advises executives to align research with enterprise goals and policy audiences.
