Lead and manage multiple client engagements for a human-capital consulting firm, providing strategic advising, coaching, synthesis, analysis, and recommendations to HR leaders, CEOs, and Boards. Oversee project delivery, mentor junior staff, connect talent functions (compensation, performance, org design) and identify responsible AI/technology opportunities to streamline work while centering equity. Support business development and represent the firm at client sites and events.
