Manage HR operations across Latin America, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll and benefits coordination, performance cycles, employee support, engagement initiatives, reporting, and process improvement. Partner with People leadership, managers, Finance, Legal, IT, and external providers while maintaining confidentiality and using HR systems, spreadsheets, AI tools, and workflow automation to improve execution.

Leads EdgeUno Compute’s GPU, bare metal, and cloud infrastructure business across the Americas. Owns full P&L responsibility, growth strategy, infrastructure operations, capacity planning, reliability, automation, cost optimization, customer development, and strategic partnerships. Builds international technical and cross-functional teams while aligning engineering, operations, product, sales, and commercial objectives. Represents the business with strategic customers, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Lead EdgeUno Compute’s GPU, bare metal, and cloud infrastructure business across the Americas. Own full P&L responsibility, drive growth and strategic partnerships, oversee infrastructure reliability and capacity planning, optimize costs, support enterprise and AI customer engagement, and build high-performing international teams. The role requires executive leadership, deep infrastructure expertise, operational discipline, and experience scaling technology businesses.
