Operate and scale Linux systems and Proxmox virtualization across on-premises data centers. Automate infrastructure with Ansible, Terraform, and Bash; manage Docker services, backups, networking, monitoring, observability, and high-availability environments. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, support capacity planning, contribute to architecture and data center upgrades, and maintain documentation and disaster recovery runbooks while collaborating with development, network, and cloud engineering teams.

The Chief of Staff partners with the CEO and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, manage operating rhythms, drive cross-functional initiatives, track accountability, and improve organizational clarity. Responsibilities include executive communications, strategic program delivery, research and due diligence, leadership and culture support, event coordination, process scaling, and daily use of AI tools for analysis, drafting, automation, and productivity.

The Network Engineer will be responsible for setting up, maintaining networks, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing network performance. They will work with Juniper equipment and participate in network upgrade projects.
