The Senior Mid-Office Analyst manages the trade reconciliation process, ensures data integrity, resolves discrepancies, and collaborates with trading and engineering teams.

Conduct research to develop signals, alpha, and features for options market-making; design, backtest, and deploy quantitative trading models; analyze market microstructure and execution; collaborate with traders and engineers; use AI/LLMs in research; contribute to research infrastructure and data pipelines.

Design, implement, and verify RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for ultra-low-latency FPGA trading systems. Build simulation testbenches and verification environments, run synthesis/place-and-route/static timing analysis, support hardware bring-up and debugging, and collaborate with senior engineers to meet strict latency and timing requirements.
