Design, implement, and maintain low-latency C++ applications for trading strategy execution, optimizing performance, and collaborating with traders and engineers.

Manage end-to-end candidate outreach, scheduling, interview logistics, applicant tracking, offers, and onboarding handoffs. Operate daily office functions (supplies, vendors, food program), run events, support executive calendars and travel, and proactively resolve operational issues to keep the firm running smoothly.
