Mentors legal team members and represents the Legal function in leadership and strategic planning activities.

Leads investment management for a regional real estate portfolio, overseeing property business plans, leasing, legal and operations priorities, budgeting, financial performance, capital expenditures, occupancy, lease production, NOI growth, and asset value. Maintains market knowledge, manages risk, approves leases and capital plans, oversees appraisals and tax appeals, analyzes tenant sales, and resolves property-level issues while guiding cross-functional teams.
