The Group Process Owner for Record to Report will define R2R strategy, drive process improvement, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while collaborating with stakeholders for effective adoption of processes.

Manage a portfolio of existing B2B clients by phone, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, advise clients based on needs, meet quantitative and qualitative KPIs, track activities in CRM, liaise with internal departments, and report to the Team Leader.

Lead IT financial control for Benefits & Engagement across Europe, Hispanic America and Japan. Act as the key contact between Group, Business Line, country CFOs and IT Controlling; manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, quarterly and strategic planning, IT reporting, KPIs and cost optimization. Support regional IT directors in business reviews, executive committees and ad hoc financial analyses, ensuring compliance with group standards.
