Design, build, and validate electrical and power systems for a reverse osmosis centrifuge. Tasks include PCB schematics/layout, motor drives and VFD integration, sensor and instrumentation interfaces, wiring harnesses, EMI mitigation, prototype assembly/troubleshooting, test plan execution, and ensuring safety/regulatory compliance for harsh industrial environments.

Develop and maintain embedded software and data pipelines for sensing, monitoring, diagnostics, and control of reverse-osmosis centrifuge systems. Implement and deploy edge AI/MLOps workflows, write Python and C/C++ code, troubleshoot microcontrollers and sensors, support test automation, and collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers for safe, reliable field operation.

Lead structural and dynamic analysis and design of high-speed rotating systems. Perform FEA/CFD/rotordynamics simulations, validate results analytically, design rotating components and pressure vessels, support prototypes and field deployments, define and analyze tests, and maintain design documentation and change records while collaborating across disciplines.
