Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the COO and executive team. Coordinate strategic initiatives, manage executive communications, support operational performance reporting, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure confidentiality and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Provide office support and billing functions: process mail and payments, prepare refunds, submit and follow up on insurance claims, post payments and denials in the EHR, document collection activity, answer billing inquiries, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and support collections and team communications.

Prepare and submit clean insurance claims, resolve billing issues with patients and payers, manage and post A/R and remittance advice, maintain collection notes in the EHR, send and respond to client statements, communicate policy and billing issues across teams, be available for on-call/extended hours, and maintain payer and reimbursement knowledge.
