Own and grow Eden's referral partner channel: acquire, onboard, activate and retain estate agent and mortgage broker partners. Hit monthly revenue and accepted-quote targets, manage pipelines in HubSpot, deliver partner account plans and reporting, improve partner performance, and lead and develop a Partnerships Executive to scale the channel.

Serve as first point of contact for potential clients, conduct sales calls, respond to enquiries, maintain CRM and compliant notes, hit sales targets, assist marketing, and provide ad-hoc administrative and team support to deliver a smooth conveyancing customer experience.
