Coordinates the full workers’ compensation process, including claims tracking, employee appointments, modified-duty arrangements, billing, investigations, OSHA reporting, and carrier coordination. Provides workers’ compensation training and safety guidance, maintains confidential HR records in Paycom, supports onboarding, employee inquiries, audits, benefits information, employee relations programs, reporting, and administrative HR activities.

Manage complex biweekly payroll processing, employee payroll administration, benefits and deductions, payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. The role uses Paycom, Sage Expense Management, NetSuite, and Excel to investigate discrepancies, improve systems, maintain accurate records, support regulatory reporting, and provide payroll and financial analysis to management. It also coordinates with HR, Finance, vendors, auditors, and leadership while safeguarding confidential information.

Provides classroom and behavioral support for students with profound autism under certified teacher supervision. Responsibilities include implementing IEP and ABA-based programs, managing challenging behaviors, assisting with self-care and daily routines, collecting and graphing data, preparing progress reports, and participating in meetings and training. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Recreation Assistants support students in community activities, implement behavioral programs, and report to group leaders. They ensure student engagement in designated activities and maintain communication with parents.

Provide clinical leadership and behavior-analytic services for students (ages 3–21): develop behavior support plans and FBAs, collect and analyze data, train and coach staff and families, supervise trainees, attend IEP and committee meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance and Eden best practices.
