Responsibilities include alpha research, strategy engineering, portfolio construction, execution oversight, risk management, and leading researchers and analysts. The role requires adapting exposures to changing market regimes, improving models, developing new strategies, and delivering strong risk-adjusted returns while maintaining disciplined capital allocation.
