Provide front-desk and administrative support in a medical office: answer phones, greet patients, manage scheduling and EMR admissions, prepare PHP materials, process insurance/payments, administer testing, and support psychiatrists and outpatient processes.

Prepare monthly financial statements, manage general ledger, AR/AP, cash activity, payroll and benefits entries, fixed assets, month-end close, budgets, forecasts, audits, and finance policy compliance for a behavioral health provider.

Lead regulatory, accreditation, quality improvement, privacy, and risk management across all locations. Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, HIPAA, OSHA and state regulations; develop policies, conduct audits, manage regulatory visits, investigate incidents, direct remediation, and present findings to executive leadership and the board.

Oversee and supervise milieu staff and scheduling for PHP/IOP/EIOP programs, provide individual and group therapy, case management, and treatment planning. Support program development, staff training and evaluations, maintain clinical documentation, and ensure program quality and compliance alongside the Program Director.

Provide direct nursing care for adult behavioral health and eating disorder patients on a PRN basis: administer medications, perform labs/phlebotomy and EKGs, monitor vitals and weights, triage medical concerns, reconcile medications, complete clinical documentation, educate patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
