Oversees technical quality, compliance, commercial performance, resourcing, BIM coordination, client relationships, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Manages and mentors engineering teams, supports business development, reports on project and financial performance, and contributes to strategic growth. The role requires expert knowledge of mechanical building systems, UK and Irish regulations, BIM, and sustainable building design.

Leads mechanical and electrical building-services projects from concept through construction, overseeing design quality, coordination, budgets, resources, and client relationships. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, supports BIM modeling and coordinated drawings, manages multidisciplinary delivery, attends design meetings and site visits, and promotes sustainable engineering practices. The role requires expertise in HVAC, water services, heating, fuel, drainage, BMS, building regulations, and full-cycle consultancy design.
