Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, data ingestion, configuration management, change control, compliance, reliability improvement, and support for SRE, DevOps, and Security teams. The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship, translates technical concepts for stakeholders, develops delivery plans, and manages vendor escalations, roadmap discussions, and platform innovation.

Lead migration from SQL Server and Azure Data Factory pipelines to a Databricks Lakehouse. Design PySpark ETL/ELT frameworks, dimensional Gold-layer models, optimized Delta Lake storage, Power BI warehouses, governance, security, monitoring, and cost controls. Guide technical teams through pair programming, workshops, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer while ensuring scalable, secure, high-performance data systems.

Leads workforce planning, staffing coordination, resource forecasting, and talent deployment across a complex federal consulting portfolio. Maintains workforce demand, capacity, skills, staffing gaps, hiring priorities, utilization, and resource dashboards. Partners with program leadership, recruiting, HR, and capability leads to match personnel, support hiring and internal mobility, manage workforce risks, and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, succession planning, and staffing for contract growth and transitions.
