Sells, develops, and manages healthcare safety consulting services for provider organizations. Generates leads, develops proposals, manages client relationships, conducts research and assessments with subject matter experts, delivers presentations and client solutions, monitors healthcare regulations, supports marketing initiatives, and meets sales, project, budget, timeline, and quality goals.

Performs digital production and web publishing for healthcare safety content. Formats, tags, structures, reviews, and publishes materials through Contentful or comparable content management systems, while preparing Word, PDF, and Excel deliverables. Maintains production records, coordinates graphics and multimedia, applies editorial and web style standards, resolves formatting issues, and manages competing deadlines across multiple projects. Collaborates with analysts, copyeditors, subject matter experts, and Creative Services.
