Lead end-to-end Billing and Payments implementations: gather requirements, configure solutions, manage accounting integrations, resolve billing risks, drive customer adoption, provide product feedback, and maintain implementation documentation and CRM records.

Manage customer relationships to maximize adoption, retention, and lifetime value of ECP SaaS products. Proactively engage customers, diagnose adoption friction, coordinate cross-functional solutions, handle escalations and billing questions, develop playbooks and success plans, collect customer feedback, and drive outcomes through outreach campaigns and data-driven insights.

Serve as final support escalation and technical triage for complex issues. Reproduce bugs, validate defects, create actionable tickets, assist release testing, maintain documentation, enable Levels 1–2, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure high-quality escalations to Engineering, Product, and other teams.
