Teams at EcoVadis

Own regional strategy, planning, forecasting, operating cadence, and performance management for EcoVadis’s go-to-market organization. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, HR, and Revenue Operations to align priorities, improve data and process adoption, guide corrective actions, and lead strategic transformation initiatives. Serve as the regional voice to central Revenue Operations and influence senior leaders without formal authority.

Oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee relations, payroll and benefits coordination, Japanese labor compliance, workplace safety, office administration, and employee experience for the Japan office. Partner with regional HR and external providers, localize global initiatives, improve HR workflows using Generative AI, and support an inclusive, sustainable workplace.

Lead EcoVadis's global Revenue Enablement function and team of eight. Set strategy, align with senior GTM leaders, scale enablement programs, improve seller and manager effectiveness, establish outcome-based metrics, and oversee onboarding and leadership development. Drive AI transformation through coaching, call analysis, automation, and adaptive learning while connecting enablement initiatives to revenue growth and customer retention.
