Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple entities; prepare reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and financial analyses. Oversee manufacturing inventory and cost accounting, standard costing, cash management, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Drives customer insight, differentiated value propositions, profitable growth, innovation returns, product launches, and competitive positioning as a strategic advisor to the business President and leadership team.

Drive sales and specification growth for outdoor athletic surfacing across a multi-state Northeast territory. Build relationships with architects, athletic directors, educators, sports builders, contractors, dealers, and strategic accounts. Lead complex track and OSST projects from opportunity through installation, provide technical expertise, influence specifications, and partner with territory representatives. Develop territory strategies, mentor sales teams, represent Ecore at industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand the company’s athletics and education markets.

Leads quality assurance, corrective actions, audits, continuous improvement, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in a manufacturing facility. Analyzes quality and production data, develops reports, supports product testing and specifications, and ensures ISO 9001 compliance. Partners with engineering, production, supply chain, and operations teams to resolve supplier and customer issues. Trains employees on quality systems and improvement methods while spending approximately half the time on the production floor.
