Manage the day-to-day operations of a 45-person London office, including facilities, suppliers, office supplies, budgets, health and safety, reception, visitor management, meeting rooms, administrative support, travel, expenses, onboarding, and company events. The role requires five days per week in the office and involves coordinating contractors, building management, safety programs, and workplace improvements.

Manage global marketing activity for a growing economic consulting firm, including digital marketing, CRM, website, SEO, events, partnerships, business development materials, social media, content, PR, awards, campaigns, budgets, and strategic projects. Lead a small global marketing team, manage priorities, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and external suppliers across a fast-paced B2B professional services environment.

Own end-to-end multi-country payroll and benefits administration across European jurisdictions. Manage payroll calendars, statutory reporting, reconciliations, employee changes, benefits providers, vendor SLAs, and data accuracy across Workday and payroll systems. Partner with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll to the General Ledger, resolve discrepancies, support compliance, and improve processes, controls, integrations, and future payroll provider implementations.
