Supports and enhances Oracle Hyperion EPM and financial systems environments. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, patches, upgrades, monitors, and optimizes software platforms. Manages integrations and data flows, troubleshoots infrastructure and application issues, and provides end-to-end system ownership. Collaborates with digital technology and business teams while working independently on projects and production support.

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations. Customize the platform using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer. Support REST/SOAP integrations, testing, debugging, upgrades, releases, security, documentation, and stakeholder requirements gathering. Work within SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes while supporting ITSM, CMDB, financial, employee, and customer service capabilities.

Develops and improves QA policies, processes, and procedures; prepares test specifications; designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents applications. Works on systems analysis projects with limited supervision, may lead small projects, and provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts and programmers.
