Provides technical service and application support for water treatment customers in Jijel, Algeria. Responsibilities include customer system analysis, plant surveys, application start-ups, sample testing, light maintenance, chemical ordering and inventory management, service reporting, troubleshooting, and written recommendations. The role supports sales representatives, manages customer relationships, travels throughout the territory, and applies safety procedures while improving boiler, cooling tower, and wastewater treatment operations.

Leads continuous improvement, Lean, TPM, Kaizen, automation, and digitization initiatives at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include managing improvement projects, analyzing losses and KPIs, conducting audits, identifying root causes using statistical methods, implementing process changes, tracking savings, supporting TPM audits, and training employees. The role requires collaboration across plant functions, ownership of improvement roadmaps, and fluency in Romanian and English.
