Own and grow a portfolio of retail partnerships: build account plans, analyze performance data, lead business reviews, manage escalations and installs, coordinate cross-functionally, support marketing and business development, and advocate customer needs to improve product and operations.

Serve as HR business partner for hourly, multi-site operations. Lead employee relations, full-cycle hourly recruiting/onboarding, attendance/timekeeping and leave administration, compliance with federal/CA/KY laws, workforce planning, engagement, performance management, safety coordination, HR reporting, and local implementation of company HR initiatives across facilities.
