Supports enterprise budgeting, forecasting, financial close, reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Develops dashboards, management presentations, and actionable insights for leadership and business partners. Analyzes financial and transactional data, identifies trends and risks, recommends adjustments and process improvements, and partners with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and organizational performance.

Processes multi-state biweekly and off-cycle payroll, validates payroll inputs, administers employee benefits and commuter benefits, researches eligibility discrepancies, and responds to payroll and benefits inquiries. Prepares reports, supports audits, HRIS testing, system updates, documentation, and process improvements. Requires strong attention to detail, data analysis, compliance awareness, and collaboration across Total Rewards, HRIS, vendors, employees, and management.

Supports and optimizes enterprise business applications by monitoring availability, resolving end-user issues, troubleshooting with technology partners, supporting enhancements and upgrades, documenting solutions, and identifying improvements to application usage and stability. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
